The Mindset Today’s Reality Demands
Organizations today operate in a world of constant change, complexity and uncertainty. Leaders and employees are expected to make decisions, solve problems, identify opportunities and keep moving forward — even when the path ahead isn’t clear.
Adapt to a rapidly changing reality without losing direction.
Make decisions and move forward without having all the answers.
Recognize where you can make an impact and take ownership of the way forward.
Move from reacting to circumstances to creating possibilities within them.
This is where the entrepreneurial mindset comes in.
Not to turn everyone into an entrepreneur, but to develop people
who think ahead, take ownership, act with initiative,
and see possibilities rather than limitations.
Gali Bloch-Liran is an executive coach to CEOs, management teams, entrepreneurs, and investors, a lecturer at Reichman University, the author of the book and host of the podcast “The Human Founder”.
For more than 20 years, she has closely followed the people who lead companies and organizations through moments of growth, change, uncertainty, and significant decisions. Thanks to her many years of work with senior figures in entrepreneurship and business, she is also known in the media as the “Startup Whisperer”.
In her lectures, she brings insights accumulated over the years in the rooms where the most important decisions are made, and offers the audience a different perspective on leadership, decision-making, and the people behind success.

The Perception
When we hear the word “entrepreneurship,” we tend to think of startups, fundraising, investors, and building companies. But entrepreneurship is much more than that. It is a way of seeing the world — identifying opportunities, solving problems, making decisions, and inspiring people to take action.
The Message
It is not an innate trait, nor is it reserved for entrepreneurs. Through personal stories, insights from coaching hundreds of entrepreneurs and leaders, and tools developed over more than 20 years, Gali reveals the thinking patterns that enable us to navigate complexity, lead change, and act with initiative, responsibility, and courage.
The Impact
Participants leave with a new perspective on leadership, decision-making, and navigating challenges. They learn to identify opportunities rather than limitations, take responsibility rather than wait for solutions, and lead change intentionally. It is a shift in mindset that stays with them long after the lecture ends.
Recognize what can be done, even when conditions are far from perfect.
Keep moving forward even without all the answers or complete certainty about the path ahead.
Recognize where you can make an impact, take responsibility, and drive action.
Look at reality from new perspectives and stay open to more than one way forward.
Take ownership of your choices, actions, and the impact you create within the organization.
A lecture designed for organizations seeking to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, human-centered leadership, and a culture of initiative.
